WI-FI & NETWORK MONITORING

We utilize state-of-the-art Network Operations Centers (NOC’s) to monitor all managed connections from the cloud. We will monitor all VACK managed devices through our portal. When we spot an imminent service failure, our NOC staff will contact you to coordinate a repair and if needed, will quickly dispatch a technician to solve the problem.
